AquaHex Hexagonal Water Treatment Cylinder for Livestock Drinking Water

Water to livestock and poultry is an important but often overlooked, nutrient.  Water is required for the regulation of body temperature, growth, reproduction, lactation, digestion, lubrication of joints, and eyesight. The majority of water consumed by dairy cattle for example is consumed by drinking, with the remaining water coming from feedstuffs. Water quality, therefore, is a critical nutrient for livestock and poultry. 

Although there is scant research data on the economic effects of water quality on livestock performance, logic tells us that farm water supplies, either surface or ground, should be protected against contamination from microorganisms, chemicals and other pollutants. Proper installation of the water or tank base will prevent fecal contamination of water.

How it Works

Livestock drinking water is pumped into a stainless steel tank (purchased separately) equipped with the AquaHex Hexagonal Water Generator. The generator contains three high-density seamless steel energy rods. As water flows in, it resonates with the rods and is discharged through nine outlets of varying diameters set at a 45° angle. The treated hexagonal water continues resonating in a 120-liter iron barrel, converting all the water in the tank into dense hexagonal ring-clustered water. Once the water level reaches the outlet height, it is automatically dispensed for livestock and poultry.

The cylinder body, baffle, and energy rods are made from durable, corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel. Inside, three high-density seamless steel energy rods generate resonance. As livestock drinking water enters the tank, the baffle creates an explosive vortex flow, causing rapid rotation and impact against the energy rods. This natural turbulence breaks hydrogen bonds and disrupts van der Waals forces, reducing large molecular clusters into stable, small hexagonal clusters. The resonated water exits through nine 45° drainage outlets of varying diameters into an external stainless steel barrel, where a secondary vortex flow enhances further resonance and energy transfer until discharged.
